Sending in an old phone via /kretsloppet/skicka-in now gives you a PostNord QR code straight away — on screen and by email — to show at any PostNord service point, where they print the label. The batch is capped at 200 phones; when it is full the page says so and reopens as phones are placed with families.
You can now send in your old phone through a form at /kretsloppet/skicka-in: a picture, what phone it is, whether it works, and optionally its story. A 'no' on the condition question gets a kind decline before any postage, and publishing the story requires a separate, never pre-ticked consent.
The website account page no longer duplicates the app: contacts, calling hours, speed dial and family invitations are managed in the Barnluren app, and the web page now just lists your phones.
Fixed calls from the Barnluren phone to the app that got stuck on "Connecting…" after answering: the call could be sent to an old, dead registration instead of the phone that just woke up.
